Nancy has been a realtor for over 7 years. First licensed in her
native state of Wisconsin, Nancy today holds both a Florida realtor
associate license and a Colorado brokers license. In addition to
real estate, her passions are boating and equestrian competitions.
Just as she is committed to helping you find the perfect home in
South Florida, Nancy is committed to helping her community. She
currently serves on the Leadership Council of University
of Miami and the 2009 Destination Fashion- One
of the Women of Style and Substance which is benefiting
Miami Project to Cure Paralysis at UM. in addition, she serves on

Nancy is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where
she majored in journalism with a focus on advertising and marketing.
She moved to Miami Beach in 1984 and founded Florida Yacht Charters
and Sales on Biscayne Bay. She became a licensed yacht broker as
well as a realtor and had a dual career selling yachts and working
for EWM on referral. Nancy and her husband Jon Batchelor love the
water and have always had a motor yacht moored at their homes in
Miami Beach, first on the Venetian Islands and now on the intercoastal
waterway.
From July 1999 until June 2002, Nancy and her family lived in Aspen,
Colorado, where Nancy sold real estate for Carol Dopkin Real Estate, the
leading broker for high-end properties in Aspen. While in Aspen she enjoyed
the Rocky Mountain lifestyle and serving on the boards of the Aspen Historical
Society, The Early Learning Center and the Aspen Camp for the Deaf. Nancy
specialized in selling vacation homes, commercial properties, business
opportunities, large estates and ranches. She also honed her skills as
a horsewoman.
Today Nancy, Jon and their three children center their busy lives around
their waterside home on Pine Tree Drive. Nancy loves showing waterfront
properties by boat. Jon is pursuing his career in aviation, while serving
on the board of the Batchelor Foundation. When not marketing properties
for EWM, Nancy rides her show jumpers, Euphoria and River, and competes
in equestrian events in Palm Beach. |
